With Louisville City’s 2021 season coming to an end, it is now time for the 2nd annual VamosMorados.com Player Of The Year poll! There were many outstanding performances this season worthy of praise but the field has been limited to just four:
Cameron Lancaster – Dominate goal scorer and last year's winner.
Jonathan Gomez – The young stud who earned himself an opportunity in Europe in 2022.
Paolo DelPiccolo – Team captain and breakout goal scorer in the 2021 campaign.
Brian Ownby – The speedy winger who shredded defenses.

Like last year, this will serve as a charitable opportunity. The winning player will get to choose the charity that VamosMorados.com will help to raise money for. And for an incentive for people to channel their charitable side and donate to the winning cause, there will be a prize up for grabs. Last November, the Team Store sold a limited number of LouCity branded Four Roses bottles signed by the staff at the time which included John Hackworth, Coach Danny Cruz, and GK coach Scott Budnick. For every $5 donated to the selected cause, you will get one entry to win one of these limited bottles. More details to come upon the conclusion of the POTY polling.
